Lately, I’ve been diving deep into the notion of becoming the Ideal You - not just manifesting it or wanting to be it, or longing for it, but actually taking steps in your everyday life to BECOME it. At the end of the day, the IDEAL you is still you. It is a version of you that IS possible.
But you have to embody it, right? Your job is to step into that role every single day and make the choices that version of you would make. This ideal version of you doesn’t look at fears, worries, doubts, and insecurities in the same way you do now.
The same goes for your triggers. Whatever is going on in your life right now is TEMPORARY.
Everything's always moving and flowing. You're always going towards a new reality or a new direction. You're going somewhere. And if you take the right measured steps, you can go in the direction that you want to go which will eventually lead you to the destination you would like to arrive at.
But, this is not a DESTINATION-based process. Hence why I created my signature 360° Method that I use daily in my own manifestation practice.
It’s also what I use to coach my clients. But it’s not a means to an end.
This is a lifelong practice. This is a DAILY focus. It's a lifestyle. This is something that we hope we are strong enough and focused enough to continue doing, every single day for the rest of our lives because the benefit of it is so incredible and so much better than the life we've been able to conjure on our own up until this point.
I had to figure this out for myself.
But once I did, I began to apply The 360° method religiously. I started using it every single day of my life and everything changed... and it has sustained my life since then because of my consistent practice. It gets you into the mind frame of knowing that you can have, do, or be anything and trusting that you can stay on the path long enough to achieve that goal.💎
We're all living in our own little versions of reality. Earth's not just happening for you, it's happening for YOU.
That's YOUR Earth you're experiencing. That's YOUR life you're creating. It's not anybody else's and there's no one controlling what you do with your version of the world. So make the most of it!
Why not?
Why wouldn't you try to understand this information on a deeper level? Why wouldn't you do everything in your power to ensure that you're consciously directing your thinking? Because that's literally what produces your 3D World... and you can use that power to create the experiences you want to have.
Of course, part of that is knowing that you can do it, trusting that you can do it, believing you can do it. But it’s not just that. It’s believing you can do it for long enough to actually see results and not get discouraged about time, space, and the distance between things here in this realm.
It's all part of planet Earth. You must accept the gravity of time and distance.

One of the questions asked recently was, “How do I practice self-love? What does that look like? What does it actually feel like to nurture your self-worth in real-time?" And my answer to this is that self-love is a practice, right? So that means it's something you actively do.
And it's not just about baths, massages, essential oils, and shit. Rather, it’s eliminating or lessening the actions, behaviors, and thought patterns that reinforce your insecurities and thoughts of what you don't like about yourself.
It’s letting go of the negative self-talk and behaviors that are hindering you from becoming your ideal version.
Self-love is walking away from the ways in which you self-sabotage. Whether it's by tearing yourself down, constantly checking your phone for a text when you know you shouldn’t, spiraling over things that bring you down, insulting the way you look, not believing in yourself - all the things that you do to get in your own way. Self-Love is about redirecting these thoughts or reframing them.
And self-love affirmations are great: I am worthy. I am worth it. I'm deserving of this. I get everything I want, The Universe has my back, everything's working out for me, blah blah blah. Affirmations do work, but you must also behave like you have what you want.
There’s follow-up work required. If you keep insisting that you are worthy, then you better start acting like it! Somebody who truly believes they are worthy is not going to allow themselves to think thoughts saying they are not worthy - not for too long, anyway - not as soon as they catch them... and that takes awareness and discipline which are cornerstones of my 360° Method!
To eliminate doubt and practice self-worth, it requires new, in-the-moment choices.
What if you tried out this new mindset?
"Instead of looking in the mirror and thinking negatively about myself, noticing all the things that are wrong, saying that my hair looks like shit or whatever - I'm going to say nice things to myself because I'm not going to use that period of time to manifest more realities where I feel that way. Why would I do that? I'm trying to be my ideal version. Why waste time manifesting more instances to feel like shit or to feel like I am not the ideal me."
Time is finite. This version of your life is finite. There is an expiration date. So you don't have all the time in the world to keep fucking around and talking shit to yourself, not standing up for yourself, and not conforming to the new you that YOU said you wanted to manifest!
By not stopping yourself from thinking rude thoughts, you are proving that you're actually not worthy by allowing these thoughts to continue! (would someone who thinks they're good enough allow these thoughts to continue over and over?) But once you are aware of it, you can change it.
To truly increase your level of self-worth, you not only have to do something different - you have to BE something different. You can’t just sit around waiting for one magical day when you will suddenly start to feel worthy. You build it up one day at a time, one minute at a time, one thought at a time. It’s going to take You showing up for yourself and not letting these old habits, limiting beliefs, and outdated notions convince you that you're stuck where you are.
You've got to stop holding yourself back.
For me, I focus daily to keep my thoughts aligned to my desired reality. I pay attention to my reactions. I am devoted to my 360° Method. I've been teaching this practice for a long time and the program is finally coming out!🥳🎉 I'm very excited because this is real life-changing stuff. This is what I do every single day of my life.
Not only has my life changed completely, but I’ve been able to sustain these changes and keep manifesting even better and better experiences. I use my awareness and my discipline to think thoughts that lead me toward the reality I want to be in. I don’t allow my awareness and discipline to slack, because it promotes thoughts that keep me in realities where I don't want to be.
You're reading this type of content because you know there's something else out there for you. Just the fact that you found this blog means you are closer to that thing than even you realize. You are opening up your mind and your heart a little bit more to the concept that you are already worthy, and that is incredible! Because you wouldn't be here on this planet if you weren't.
BE somebody that answers back when there's doubt. BE somebody that hears an insecurity and rewrites it in that moment. BE somebody that gets triggered and chooses a different reaction than they did previously. BE somebody that hears something that normally makes them fearful or anxious and instead thank The Universe for handling it for you.
And should those thoughts pop up again, remind yourself that this is being taken care of and you've already decided to become the version of you that is okay right NOW. The version that knows it is working out. You have to reassure yourself or the fear, the worry, aka, the "old shit", is going to take over. It’s the "old shit" that said you weren't good enough then and that is why you don't have what you want, now.
You must create a new story. There has to be a changing of the guard. There's gotta be someone standing at the door of your mind who is saying actually you ARE good enough! Actually, it CAN happen. Actually, it IS possible. "The bill has been paid." "You already have the money." "The check is in the mail." You get the idea! Start the process of feeling like you have it now so that you can see it manifest in your 3D. You're already manifesting constantly, so why not take control? That's what The 360° Method is all about.
