Homework: Appreciation for the shit we don’t like.
Make a shit that doesn’t bring me joy list. Look at it and determine what can be done NOW? What can be upgraded? What can be tossed? Where is dead weight we can let go of? What can be revised?
For the things that seem harder, we want to greet them with love, peace, forgiveness, and appreciation.
