Make a list for each topic you are trying to manifest. Journal two questions for each one.
How would it feel if I was SURE about this? How would it feel to be super CALM about this manifestation? To not worry? To be at ease?
Get clear on what certainty of your manifestation feels like and what calmness feels like so you can practice those things.
Ask yourself, how would I think, say, or speak if I was SURE about this? What about if I was calm?
