Homework: It’s Gratitude Week. Do gratitude practices one day each week for a total of 7. This could be Scripting where you write affirmations about gratitude. Journaling - asking ourselves questions about the deeper feelings going on within us. Reciting gratitude. Meditating on the affirmations. OR - Make a list of everything that people have ever given you. What are YOU grateful for? How have you been practicing gratitude? What results have you seen? Let's discuss and load this thread with positive vibes we can all feed off of!

Hi Everyone! Here's my day One of Gratitude:
Day 1: for my Day One of Gratitude, just grateful be able to enjoy the skin, the body that i am in without telling myself "this isn't working." I'm grateful for loving myself even more now that i am manifesting and vision my ideal weight/body. Instead of music first thing in the morning I put on one Roxy's Affirmations videos in the background to start my day then put her podcast on. :) Grateful that i found this group and Roxy. Gratitude towards myself. ❤️
How's it going with the homework everyone? For my Day 1 (yesterday) I created gratitude affirmations. I have a regular practice of recording affirmations on an App called Subliminator then I listen to those affirmations throughout the day in the background (on headphones) while I'm working. Yesterday, I was super focused on all of the incredible people I have in my life. After years of feeling alone because of my unconventional lifestyle and beliefs, I'm finally connecting to my tribe and it feels amazing! What did you do yesterday?
