Disneyland Group Trip Monday: Sept 12, 2022

I’m wanting to make some fun plans for Sunday September 11th. I’ve had a few people agree(@Leigh-Ann,@Tiffany Renee,Alayna) that going to a park and then dinner sounds good. If you have a suggestion or Recommendation for which park, or restaurant, let’s hear!! Locales, @Roxy Lee,@iAm Malachi,Vissaius, @Jinx Kelly, @Rebeccado you have an input? Who else is going to come?@Dena Michele Are you going to be in town on Sunday? Ok everyone can’t wait to hear back. So looking forward to it!

Okay I'm looking at buying my ticket for Disney. Is anyone else looking to get the Genie+ upgrade? @Roxy Talks Blog I Live in So Cal a few hours away from Anaheim. I literally have never not gotten a park hopper ticket before, but on Sept 12th California Adventure closes early at 6pm, as well they have an additional restriction where you HAVE to choose which park you will start the day at ahead of time and not able to go to the 2nd park until after 1:00pm....so I'm considering just doing Disney??

Is everyone else doing park hopper? Please let me know🖤.

(You guys have been my spiritual community for 3 years it’s going to be so great to meet!) Are you coming for Monday only or able to spend some extra days in LA?

As for me I'll be arriving Saturday morning, and staying til Tuesday or Wednesday.

When we talked about it in a Monday mindset back on February 21st lots of other activities were mentioned, like going out to dinner, seeing Hollywood, universal studios, a spa day...

As for me a dinner together would be first priority I think. (After Disneyland)

Leigh-Ann and Alayna are in town sun-wed so Leigh-Ann said Sunday evening or Tuesday evening would work. (Sunday might be best for me but I'd love to get input from more people.)Would you like to have dinner together? Sunday or Tuesday?

Some people are doing two days of Disneyland/California Adventure (Monday and Tuesday) Tho I'm excited about Disneyland I just get a little overstimulated in crowds like that. As far as other activities besides what was mentioned above, I myself would also suggest a park or beach. We could just hang out and talk and enjoy nature. I'd love the chance to get into deep conversations with you guys in a quieter setting! Maybe Sunday day or Tuesday day would work for this? Would you want to do this? Sunday or Tuesday?

Alayna and I just booked our trip! We are so excited! We're doing 3 nights Sun-Wed with 2 Day Tickets at the Hilton Anaheim. It's $521 per person. The reservation requires a $200 deposit with final payment 8/12. That's 21 weeks away, which is $24 a week (not factoring in the deposit). It's doable. Of course this doesn't cover airfare. Excited to share this time with you!

Hi. Is this still the(best) forum for discussing the group trip? I’m hoping to go to Universal on the May 16th. I’m go to be in CA because my SP And I are going on a long awaited beach cruise.

Weekdays are better for me too! 5/3-5/5/ should be low crowds

May is the slower season so we will get better rates during the first two weeks. Definitely want to go during the week to avoid weekend crowds and the weekend hotel surcharge. So basic cost for LAND ONLY 2 day tickets - on park per day 2 Nights at Paradise Pier in the entry level $687 I'm looking at Tuesday-Thursday the first week of May. 5/3-5/5

From a crowd perspective, the week days would be better. A Tuesday or a Wednesday. My schedule is pretty flexible as well. I have a very chill and understanding boss :)

Luckily my schedule is pretty flexible so I have a lot I can work with. I like the idea of May as Leigh-Ann suggested.

I guess we should also find out what days of the week work for people...

I vote for Disneyland because I feel like we would have more rides to get on and the park stays open later as well...or at least as of right now. I went with friends to US Hollywood a while back and they were to close at 8:30 or something that day.

Anyway, it would be an honor to meet up with you ladies for a day of fun. Count me in! I will request off work or CALL OFF, I don't care. LOL! By then, I will be working for myself anyway. I'm also open to going any time of year.

Oh wait, hold up, cuz I was talking about Universal Hollywood, as well.😆 I can tell you that I will be more likely to attend this outing if it's in LA...
